Ancient Mysteries, Jesus Christ and
the Terrorism of 9/11.
Dr. Mohiuddin Waseem
I consider
9/11 a cowardly act of terrorism committed against

But before we
start, a little introduction to ancient mysteries is essential so as to
understand the significance of current events and the modus operandi of the
terrorists. In almost every pagan religious system of antiquities it was
assumed that gods are distant from their creations living at far away places
like the starry heavens; and therefore to reach them people erected pyramids in

Such pillars
were abundant in ancient cities of

(The

Jews borrowed
this Egyptian philosophy and introduced these pillars into the Old Testament
where King Solomon is said to have erected these pillars at the entrance of the
Solomon’s Temple and named them ‘Boaz’ meaning strength is in God, and ‘Jachin’
meaning God is our foundation(Holy Bible: 1 King 7;21 & 2 Chronicle 3;17).

A system of
governance was modeled after this ideology where these two pillars were
figuratively replaced by a king and a high priest, with god’s providence
resting upon them. That is why the Jewish priestly sect by the name Essene
living at Qumran (near Jerusalem) about two thousand years ago and close to the
time of Jesus appearance was waiting for two Messiahs, one kingly and the other
priestly as recorded in their “Dead Sea Scrolls”.
Muslims on
the other hand believe that Jesus was the messiah, with no ifs or buts and this
belief is based on their book of authority, which is the Holy Quran. They do
not further subdivide this title into a kingly and a priestly variety as
mentioned earlier. Though I do not believe that Jesus was even touched by his
opponents and Quran explicitly mentions that God saved him from the evil plans
of his enemies and ascended him alive unto Himself, but our Christian brethren
tell us that he was tried as “the King of Jews” and later executed on demand of
Jewish unbelievers. Obviously they are not happy with the Jews of his time in
committing such a heinous act but the Christian record (New Testament)
essentially fails to show the real difference Jews had with Jesus. The
theological aspects of him being the god incarnate or a savior to take away the
sins of the world are all later additions in the religious history of
Christianity. Some one might jump in and say “well the Jews doubted him being
the messiah”, then the natural question which follows is “what justified him
(Jesus) being the messiah in the first place?” In answer to this query our
Christian brethren start with the book of prophet Jeremiah that it was
prophesized by him that “the strangers (foreign nations) would no longer
enslave” the masses of Israel “but they shall serve the Lord their God, and
David their king, whom I will raise up unto them” (Holy Bible: Jer 30; 9). In
another place the book of Ezekiel prophesized in similar terms, “And David my
servant shall be king over them” (Holy Bible: Ezekiel 37; 24); and finally in
the second century B.C the future David was called the anointed one (messiah),
“Know therefore and understand that from the going forth of the word to restore
and build Jerusalem to the coming of an anointed one (messiah), a prince, there
shall be seven weeks…” (Holy Bible: Daniel 9; 25).
In short it
can be said that the awaited personality was assumed to be a prince and a king,
like King David. Unfortunately our Christian brethren forget that their own
book (New Testament) never presents Jesus as a king rather he is almost always
depicted as a priest in every aspect teaching and preaching people in every
wake of life. His priestly character is also elaborated in the Holy Quran when
he addressed the Jews in these words, “(I have come to you) to attest the Law
which was before me and to make lawful to you part of what was (before)
forbidden to you; I have come to you with a Sign from your Lord. So fear God and obey me. It is God who is my
Lord and your Lord; then worship Him.
This is a way that is straight” (Holy Quran: 3; 42-51).
By now it
must be clear to you that Jewish priests planned against Jesus as he was not fitting
into the scheme they had in mind which was that a David like ‘kingly messiah’
should appear and fight with Romans, instead they were witnessing a ‘priestly
messiah’ preaching in their midst challenging their own livelihood. To them
Jesus was not worthy of the title as he was not illuminated enough to
understand the ideology of ‘twin pillars’.
In historical
evolution as the majority of Jewish bible (Old Testament) was later shared by
the Christian world, it introduced the idea of these twin pillars to the
Freemasons, who understand that the Bible has an apparent as well as hidden
meaning similar to Islamic Sufis who approach the Holy Quran with similar
enthusiasm.
Anyway in
Masonic symbolism the two pillars stood for “justice and benevolence”, the two
pillars of humanity. Because the founding fathers of

It will be
dishonesty here not to mention about Muslims who in imitation of their
religious cousins-Jews and Christians- have their own pillars (minarets) and
eight sided star [two interlocking cubes (Kabahs)]. Even the six cornered star
which is widely known to be a Jewish symbol (Star of David) has its roots in
“Muslim” traditions. The famous ‘786’ which is believed by many to be the
Arabic numerical value of “Bismillah Arrehman Nirrahim” (In the name of God the
beneficent the merciful) is in fact symbolization of this six cornered star
formed after interlocking the Arabic numerical ‘۷’
(seven) with ‘۸’ (eight) (see the diagram below). A
scholarly search on this topic I believe will be very illuminating!

(“Overlapping Arabic numerical ‘۷’

Finally it
will be interesting to briefly review the Biblical story of “Samson and
Delilah” on which a famous

With the
passage of time his hairs started to grow back again and one fine day when the
lords of Philistines gathered to offer a great sacrifice to their fish shaped
god, Dagon, Samson was called out of the prison that he may make sport for
them. Verses 28-30 of Judges Chapter 16 read, “ Then Samson called to the Lord
(God) and said, “O Lord God, remember me, I pray thee, and strengthen me, I
pray thee, only this once, O God, that I may be avenged upon the Philistines
for one of my two eyes”. And Samson grasped the two middle pillars upon
which the house rested, and he leaned his weight upon them, his right hand
on the one and his left hand on the other. And Samson said, “Let me die with
the Philistines”. Then he bowed with all his might; and the house fell upon the
lords and upon all the people that were in it”.
With this
background in mind if you re-evaluate the situation it will be clear to you
that just like Samson the terrorists attacked the ideological foundation of
America and targeted the ‘twin pillars’ and the ‘pentagram’ of that system
clearly for religious and political reasons.
